I wanted to write to you to express my appreciation for the way we were treated.
Firstly, the accommodations were excellent and very reasonably priced for its location in center Kiev. It was my parents´ first trip to Ukraine and Russia, so having somewhere so central, comfortable, and within walking distance of all the great sites was ideal.
We especially appreciated the guided tour that you organised for us at very short notice - the interpreter and guide was absolutely brilliant. We felt that you made a special effort us to organise this, and that the service was very personal and helpful.
Working with your wite and over e-mail to organise the booking was also very straightforward - you were always very quick, helpful and courteous, and I felt that things were being done confidentially. It was interesting to have the details and correspondence all recorded on a secure site.
Although I speak some Russian, having people who speak very fluent english is obviously very reassuring for others like my parents who would struggle to communicate generally in Kiev. I hope that I can come to Kiev again to enjoy your services once more.
